Aiva data ownership
Own the work. Control the route.
Aiva is built around a simple rule: your complete workspace stays on hardware you control. Local inference is the default path, and any network or T.R.E.E* route is explicit, optional, and limited to the task you choose.

Aiva control plane
The local path remains the primary path.
Three privacy levels
Local first. Extend only when the work calls for it.
Choose how tightly Aiva can connect for the work in front of you. Local inference stays as the foundation, then optional T.R.E.E compute or narrowly defined encrypted internet access can be added for selected tasks.
Level 1
Offline and isolated
Local boundary
Workspace data boundary
Private data
Your complete workspace
Files, conversations, datasets, and project context.
Always available
Aiva local inference
Capable models run where the work and data already live.
Stays local
Results and context
Outputs return to the workspace inside your boundary.
Outside access is closed
No internet, VPC, private network, or remote inference connection.
Connection posture
Privacy is an architecture decision, not a user preference.
Each level defines a clear network boundary. Choose the posture that matches the sensitivity of the work and the infrastructure available.
Level 1
Complete lockdown
Aiva works with the data on the computer and does not connect to external networks. Models, files, task context, and results remain inside the local boundary.
T.R.E.E remote inference is disabled.
Level 2
Private network access
Aiva can reach approved data and services inside a private network or VPC. There is no broad internet access, and local inference continues to handle work on the device.
Optional T.R.E.E inference runs on powerful or private models inside infrastructure you control.
Level 3
Controlled internet access
Aiva still runs locally, while approved tasks can query internet data and services through encrypted connections. Your complete workspace remains on the hardware you control.
Optional T.R.E.E inference runs in private infrastructure or a VPC you control, while approved internet services use separate encrypted routes.
For privacy evaluation
What changes. What never does.
The network envelope can expand, but local inference and controlled T.R.E.E keep the ownership model consistent.

Advanced AI under your control
Capability can scale without moving the ownership boundary.
Start with local intelligence. Add T.R.E.E inside your private infrastructure or VPC only where your security posture allows it.
